If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to assist, but strict conditions apply:

- A clear, unedited unboxing video (from opening the sealed package till the damaged item is shown) is mandatory.
- The video must show the original packaging and the issue clearly.
β° Timeframe
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Claims beyond 24 hours will not be accepted, regardless of the video.

Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1β2 business days.
