2. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Once your order is accepted you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not mean the product has shipped — it confirms we’ve received your order.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept online prepaid payments (UPI, card, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• For COD orders, an advance COD shipping charge (as displayed at checkout) must be paid online at the time of ordering. The remaining amount is collected by the delivery partner on delivery.
• Payment processing for prepaid and advance COD charges is handled by our payment partner(s). Orders may be cancelled if payment fails.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time estimates are provided on the product or checkout page. Actual delivery may vary.
• Shipping charges and any minimum-free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.
• If a product is delayed or out of stock after order confirmation we will notify you and offer alternatives or cancellation with full refund for any paid amount.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

• No Returns / No Exchanges — We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received damaged or defective.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a short video of the unboxing and damage. Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
• Once validated, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several working days to reflect.

6. Cancellations

• You may request order cancellation before the product is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — follow our damaged/incorrect item process if there is an issue on delivery.
• For COD advance payments, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method used for advance payment.

7. Product Information & Images

• We try to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. Slight color/texture differences may occur due to screen settings or natural fabric variation.
• Size charts and product details are provided — please review before ordering.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on zooroiya.shop — including designs, images, text, and logos — is owned or licensed by Zooriya. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zooriya’s liability for any direct loss arising from use of the site or purchase is limited to the order value.
• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.

11. Force Majeure
